A nice holiday

On Friday 29th of July I went on holiday to Jervis bay-Vincenta.
When we got there,me and my brother sat infront of the heater for about half an hour, because it was so cold. Then we went to sleep.

In the morning me and my dad went out to the shops to get brekkie. Then we came back  to have the crunchie nut that we got.
Then we went to the dog beach to take my dog sam for a run.

Then we went on a walk called the "white sands walk". Then we went to Husskison to get somthing from the bakers. We sat down on the wharf to eat our lunch. After that me and my mum went to lots of little shops at Husskison (but i didn't get anything).
Soon we  where back at home , and we just chilled out.
Then in the evening we went on a walk along the beach with my dog and another dog called Russell.
Then we came back home for dinner. We had chinese food But my daddy
forgot to get my dinner, so I had to have a little bit of everything.
After dinner we just rested for a while. Russell did too. Then we went to bed!

In the morning we went to the dog beach again.

This time we saw dolphins!!!!
Then we went home to pack up the car.
But because sam was so tired, he hopped in the car without us telling him.
Then he had to go home...

  2. Hi Rachael, it's Kenya's Aunty GiGi. Sounds like you had a wonderful weekend on the coast. I love the seaside, but I'm not lucky enough to have a dog to take for walks along the beach. I'm sure you will be able to make some great artwork from your memories and photos. I love dolphins, too; I saw some playing together on holiday in west Africa. Lucky you to see them, they are sometimes a bit shy.

  3. Hi Rachael, your blog is lovely! I really loved looking at your trip to Jervis Bay, as it brought back many happy memories of when I went there many years ago. I also loved your photos of Sam.....he reminds me of our lovely old lab, who sadly died this summer. He was called Jervis. We called him Jervis, because the colour of his coat was the same as the sand at Jervis Bay. Keep blogging! Love Aunty Jane
